A year later

A little over a year ago, I wrote the following, describing the local dating scene:

In the Denver area, about half the people are women. Half of these women are probably too young for me. Half of what's left is too old. Half of what's left next are married. Half of the others are dating someone. Half of the rest probably wouldn't like me. I probably wouldn't like half of the remainder. I think that leaves about 6 people, and I'm probably not going to be lucky enough to meet them.

Well, I was wrong. I met one. Thanks for the past year, Ray. I'm looking forward to the next one. Or two. Or twenty.
